As we reach the end of 2024, and anticipate the new beginnings that 2025 will bring, we say a heartfelt thank you to all of our incredible customers, our team working away behind the scenes here, and the partners who have helped us to make 2024 such an incredibly successful one.
The highlights for us have been the amazing user reviews we've received, like this one. Hearing how Dux-Soup can positively influence your life makes a lasting impression on everyone here, and we genuinely care about making a difference. We’re super proud of our customer support team, who have all worked extremely hard to help our users get even better results from Dux-Soup. In 2024 they've sent a whopping 30,000 emails and attended over 2,200 calls!
This year Dux-Soup has come a long way. The software world is fast-paced, particularly when working with the ever-evolving LinkedIn, and integrating with third-party platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Woodpecker, Freshsales, and many others.
We welcomed over 40,000 new users into the Dux community, and take pride in keeping our LinkedIn automation solution up-to-date and easy to use. Join us as we round up our 2024 product releases and share our top news headlines.
Let’s start by diving in with the most important product releases of 2024.
Product Releases
Our product development has, as usual, been a mixture of the planned evolution of Dux-Soup and a response to user requests for features you really wanted to see introduced.
In 2024 we released a whopping 40 updates - ranging from smaller feature additions to new agency solutions and integrations with powerhouse tools like Salesforce. Here are some that we’re particularly pleased with:
Key Feature Additions
Drip Campaigns
- We made your campaign list scrollable. Because sometimes the small things in life can make a big difference, right?
- We expanded the types of campaigns you can create, giving you greater freedom with the actions, for example letting you remove the connection request. Here we outline the 4 campaign types that you can now create in our drip campaigns section.
- We’ve allowed the deletion of Team campaigns (by Team license admins only) to keep your campaigns list tidy, only just sneaking this feature request into 2024.
Funnel Flow
Stats
- We added new stats to the Funnel Flow section to show you key statistics at a glance. For example how many new connections you added. Teams can now also access these stats in their Team Funnel for greater visibility of their team’s KPIs.
- We also added InMail stats to this section.
- We created ‘Team Total’ stats in the Funnel Flow too, so Team Admins can see the stats for their entire team in one place.
Lead management
- We added a new message button to your lead management lists, so, for the first time, you can send LinkedIn messages straight from the Funnel Flow.
- We added an export button for the Team Funnel, so the whole team’s data can be exported at the click of a button.
Filtering and searching
- When filtering Funnel stats, we’ve given you more options. You can now select only ‘active’ campaigns, and see at a glance which campaigns are turned off.
- You can search for Funnel Flow profiles by name, company, or title.
Campaign Enrollment:
- We’ve added the ability to enroll profiles into campaigns from the Dux-Dash by pasting a list of profile URLs into the Funnel.
Newsletter automation:
We made Dux-Soup work on Newsletter subscriber lists. Now you can enroll both personal and company subscribers to Dux-Soup campaigns with ease and win more business from LinkedIn newsletters.
And in 2024 we started our very own LinkedIn newsletter. We’d love you to subscribe to it so you see our great LinkedIn tips in your feed.
CRM Integrations:
This year we welcomed not one, but TWO integration partners to the Dux family. Our Freshsales integration arrived in September, followed by our much anticipated Salesforce integration in November.
- We allowed you to exclude data that you transfer to your CRM system by tags, so you can be more selective with your CRM data import.
- We added a ‘status’ notification to your integrations screen to allow you to check which integrations are actively connected easily.
Agencies
- We released our new Agency Dashboard which allows our Dux-Soup agencies to manage multiple client LinkedIn accounts from a single Dash. This was a big release for us, making adding and removing clients quicker and easier, with a UI Wizard walking you through the process when you add a new account. It has gained huge traction, providing a one of the most advanced LinkedIn automation solution for agencies.
- Our Agency with multi-funnel allows you to view combined data across all of your clients from one screen.
- We updated our Agency billing, so you only pay for the days of the month that a license is active. We know that every penny counts and so we hope that this will be a great help.
Dux-Soup team additions
This year we welcomed our new Head of Sales, Scott Wright to the team. A previous Dux-Soup super user and a huge fan of the tool, he’s in his perfectly happy place here at Dux-Soup. And we all love having him too, and the representation in North America that it gives us.

Tekpon, the awesome online SaaS marketplace and review platform, crowned us the number one LinkedIn lead generation platform in their ‘Top Lead Generation Software’ list. We’re delighted to see that we’re still topping the charts!
Promotions
During November we ran an excellent Black Friday promotion, offering 24% off any Dux-Soup plan. Yearly cloud plans were discounted by $213.60 so well done if you managed to grab one.
Exhibitions
In November we attended our first B2B Marketing Expo in London. As well as getting the team together for a much-needed social, we enjoyed meeting users and welcoming new users on board.
There was a huge amount of interest in our LinkedIn automation strategy which led to standing room only at our presentation on ‘Unlocking LinkedIn: advanced strategies for automated B2B Lead Generation’.
We were presented with a plaque from G2, recognizing the market-leading ratings that we have achieved from independent reviews on their platform.
Partnerships
We joined Common Room’s Action Partners Program to enable automated LinkedIn engagement based on the signals captured in Common Room and then use the buyer behaviors and characteristics in Common Room to create personalized, scalable outreach campaigns in Dux-Soup.
We also teamed up with The Recruitment Network, to help spread the word about how LinkedIn automation can benefit recruiters.
Preparing for 2025
