As we launch full steam into 2025, at Dux-Soup we can’t help but be excited by a fresh New Year.
Reviewing what we set out to achieve in our 2024 Dux-Soup Roadmap, we’re pleased to say that our amazing development team ticked a lot off.
We’re particularly pleased with our Agency Dashboard, which allows agencies to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts from a single dash. And also our integrations, releasing the much anticipated Salesforce integration and a new Freshsales integration in 2024. Aside from that, there were many new feature additions - as requested by our wonderful users. You can see the 2024 Dux-Soup Roundup for the full list.
As we enter 2025, we're now looking forward - and we're excited to share our development plan which takes into account user requests, feedback from support calls, changes to the LinkedIn platform, market trends, and our own vision for the tool.
When it comes to market trends, we’re hot on the case, having surveyed B2B marketers at a recent event. We learned that a massive 97% of B2B marketers who use social media channels for lead generation are using LinkedIn as a platform (look out for our full market report due to be released soon- join our Learning Hub to be notified of its release!)
This highlights LinkedIn as a critical tool for business growth and, for us, puts a great deal of importance on focussing our development towards helping improve the lead generation process. So, let's look at what lies ahead for Dux-Soup users.
Dux-Soup - 2025 Roadmap
Here are the 3 key trends influencing our development in 2025:
- LinkedIn adoption is accelerating for lead generation
- Multichannel sales automation
- Increased use of AI
LinkedIn adoption is accelerating for lead generation
We think it’s safe to say that everything points towards the fact that LinkedIn adoption is accelerating. Dux-Soup Founder, Will van der Sanden, states, “We’re seeing the rise and rise of LinkedIn being used as a mainstream outreach channel. More and more SMEs, also larger enterprises are adopting LinkedIn for lead generation.”
Increasing adoption from the enterprise market means we expect to continue to see increased Dux-Soup use within larger sales and BD teams, who will want to collaborate and formalize processes to ensure their LinkedIn strategy is standardized.
Multichannel sales automation
We’ve seen many new tools emerge in the past year that bring the combination of data enrichment and multichannel automation together in a single package.
Both traditional CRM systems, and also new tools are promising LinkedIn outreach capabilities. For example, Woodpecker, Leadfuze and Common Room all use Dux-Soup to bring Linkedin seamlessly into their lead generation workflows.
We expect more of this to come in 2025, driven by the fact that multichannel outreach is proving so effective in the channel.
Increase use of AI
You can’t really ignore AI. In its first year, AI was mainly around generating content. We’re now seeing it used more for data enrichment, and we expect it to be harnessed more for intelligent messaging while being applied to more parts of the lead generation process. We’re looking into how we can ensure we align Dux-Soup with the benefits of AI in 2025.
So, how are these trends steering our Development Roadmap for 2025?
Key areas of development for Dux-Soup in 2025
We share our core areas for development in 2025 (noting that there will be additional features to these released throughout the year):
Capabilities of Cloud Agency
We launched our Cloud Agency Edition in April 2024, and have already had a lot of feedback on its potential for further development. And this is what Dux-Soup is about, steering our development based on what our users want to see.
So in 2025, our Cloud Agency product will be a core focus as we respond to the new requirements that have come in from our customers. New features be added to improve the power of our single outreach dashboard for managing multiple LinkedIn accounts. We're looking at ways to make this easier to use and we'll cover as many individual requirements as possible.
Extension-free outreach
With an increasing number of agencies and teams using Dux-Soup, we’re seeing a growing need for different team members to handle various stages of the sales outreach process.
A lot of tasks currently require the Chrome extension, and by eradicating the requirement to have the extension installed, Dux-Soup will become easier to work with. Users will be able to control Dux-Soup from either their CRM or the Dux-Dash, allowing teams to fit Dux-Soup seamlessly into their outreach process.
Self-service for partners & OEMs
In response to the rise in tools on the market looking to develop multichannel capabilities, we’re looking to make Dux-Soup a self-serve tool that new partners can easily adopt and onboard.
With our long-established safety record, and leading the market in terms of product development and customer support, we are often the LinkedIn automation partner of choice for OEMs.
Providing instant access for partners and OEMs will make it easier for them to adopt and faster to integrate Dux-Soup into their multichannel capabilities. We’ll also address how we can make their client onboarding process as easy as possible.
For our users, this will offer a wider range of options when it comes to direct integrations with third-party tools for multichannel outreach strategies.
